Jason, I can help out Friday Saturday Sunday Open – 2PM….working second shift that weekend. Also available to help set up if needed….

I can do till about 6 on thursday also. No need to cut the othe time too. My son has a cincert at school at 7 though so i have to get out by 6 for sure.

For those of you working here is some information:

This year, to help our exhibitors with the cost of parking, the Ultimate Sport Show – Grand Rapids will offer FREE PARKING for our Exhibitors, with a FREE SHUTTLE to DeVos Place!
We will be using a dedicated Grand Rapids DASH bus, running a 10-minute loop from Lot #9 on Seward (just a few blocks over the river) to the front enterance of DeVos Place.
Lot #9 is the only free parking available for the show. (On street parking is free only after 6pm and all day Saturday and Sunday.)

Exhibitor badges are required for your staff to enter the show to work your booth. Beginning Thursday (opening day): Your staff will be required to show their business card or ID for badge pickup at the Exhibitor Table located at the main public entrance on Monroe Ave.

EXHIBITOR LOUNGE
• Coffee and light snacks will be available in a 3rd Floor Meeting Room, overlooking the Grand Gallery.
• Open one hour before the show opens to the public each day and during move-in hours.

Is there an updated spreadsheet that can be posted, sent to those working and placed in the booth?

All the workers need a copy of the schedule so they know when to work and who is coming after them? Some of the workers don't visit the forum and are probably not aware of the time they work and who they're working with.

Also, it would be nice to have phone numbers so we can tell people we'll be late or call them if they're late.
