I'm fishing LSC tomorrow. If anyone has some advice on general locations or tactics, I'd really appreciate it (I prefer to cast). I'd also consider fishing Belle Isle, but don't have any idea what it's like this time of year. Any info would be appreciated. I can't wait to get out there, this is only my 2nd time to LSC this year. Thanks!!

The fish start to gravitate toward the incoming creeks and rivers as the lake water cools.

I'll be looking on my map for inlets. I'm assuming that this is to find water that is warmer than the general lake water. Does this mean that the channels are not included in your definition of "rivers" since that water is generally cooler? Thanks for the advice, this helps me eliminate some water!!!

Yes, I would ignore the channels until later in fall when the water is cold. Still, at that time, the creeks and rivers that bring warm water are magnets for muskie forage.

Thanks Will, I really appreciate all the advice. I think I've got a game plan for tomorrow. Now the question is if I'll be able to sleep tonight….
