Got my new fishing license & muskie tag today. The question I have is there is no place to sign your name on them like in the past. Is this right? You always have to show your drivers license. Getting a license in WI., all you do is show your license the first time, after that there is a bar code on it and they just scan it and you get your new license. Why dosen't the DNR change to this bar code system?
