I figured I'd do a little math to see what 1st year muskie fishing costs. 2 reels, 2 rods, net, tackle box, decent assortment of lures, release tools, line, leaders, x-tra hooks… I think my total comes in at around $1400. Divided by the number of fish I caught this year… comes to about $78 per fish. And that's not including the boat! Plus gas, plus battery charger, plus…… Don't let your (or my) wife see this post!
