What just curious if eating fish eggs is safe/still practiced.When we were up at intermediate as a kid,my mom & grandmother used to pan fry the little tasty morsel packets of fresh perch eggs.I think she just floured them,and pan fried them in butter.Popped them like candy…Anybody ever due this,is it safe (I`m still alive I guess)??,are they high in cholesterol just as chix eggs???Without killin a bundle of females..maybe..a dozen or so……….this isn`t killin off to much of the herd is it??
Hey KINGS….thought you might have some input on this as you guys are fish eatin/cookin gurus…
