Sometimes you have to take some of the bad with the good. I don't think I'll be doing any fishing till next year. I'm on Prasugrel (blood thinner) and adult low dose aspirin. The blood thinner will stop in Aug or Sep and the aspirin forever. Sent a email to my doctor and said I'm doing great except for getting tiny little cuts and I bleed like a stuck pig, especially at work with all the sharp things I work with. He said after I get off the blood thinner it will get better. So I've been thinking about this for awhile and thought about being out in the boat by myself and getting stuck with a hook or nailed by a muskie and imagine this wouldn't be good. Said something to the wife about this and she agreed. The other side of the coin I haven't had a cigarette in 7 months and I'm not taking a dirt nap!! 🙄

Well it's been a year and no cigarettes!! Diet has changed big time, everything in moderation. Go back Monday to cardio rehab for 6 month check. There going to ask me if I've been exercising and does it count working 10 hour days and 6 to 8 hours on Saturday, hours aren't bad but the heat and humidity (no air at work). The 30th go to a dermatology surgeon to remove skin cancer from my nose. Guys be carful out there in the sun. Go back to the heart surgeon Sep 29th for annual check-up. Stopped taking blood thinner but still have to take low dose aspirin. Things are good and hopefully will get out fishing next year. I know Hudson misses punishing me. I guess greedy me will ask is Hudson going to get more Muskies??
