Can anyone update me on the purpose of the DNR netting muskies at Charlton Park? Is it for research purposes only, or are they taking eggs as well?

It's a survey of the GLS stocking success and has been scheduled for more than a year. I'll probably be down tomorrow and will pass along the results so far.

Largest GLMUS they've captured is 37". This is only a population survey, no eggs were collected from the NMUS since we're no longer rearing NMUS.
