Cool article from mLive. Muskegon Lake has tons of other forage for muskies to feast on, but it would be cool to start seeing these guys show up more.

Definitely promising and likely a telling sign that the water quality issues there are improving, which certainly bodes well for the prospect of muskies reproducing on the drowned river mouths. Unfortunately though I think the only way we will see a large scale resurgence in cisco is if there is a major shift in the biomass of lake Michigan like an alewife/salmon crash.
