To make them easy you need a big reel with lots of power. The Lexa 400h can make them go fast but still has the power necessary to make it easy.

I'd go with Lexa 400H as well as it brings bucktails in pretty quickly, but also can be used on many other lure applications. The Diawa Saltist 20 is a great reel for burning bucktails and for picking up slack line when fishing rubber, but it is hard to use when fishing crankbaits, gliders, suicks, etc.
