Wickert family found this dead muskie on the bottom of Black Lake the other day while fishing. No marks or anything obvious, probably just natural causes. I am trying to get a dorsal fin sample for aging, but probably wont have any luck. Erin Mclean put a tag in this fish when he caught it on Sept 9, 2000 when it was 43”. At this point (13 years later), it was 53” and 43.5 pounds. Obviously the tag was still in it and they knew to contact Erin and give him the number.

Looks like this one evaded all of you except Erin.
