Hmmm… I wish I could say I've got proof or evidence to the contrary, but instead I will just say I disagree. Just my opinion, but I do not like to think in absolute's when it comes to muskies (or nature in general). The odds or the likelihood are with you, but there's a chance for it in MANY different systems in many different places in the muskies northern range. Detroit River? I say, there's a chance… is it this one? I don't think he would have to be all of 7' for it to be close! but, its probably not 63.
