Just wanted to share this tackle storage unit my brother found at GanderMountain. Its a Flambeau 9007 and it is perfect for big baits, especially pounders. It is very deep and has three dividers to help keep all the baits from tangling. Two pounders fit perfectly in one slot. Here is a picture (those are pounders in the picture):
