Tough call between Ovid and Hudson. As far as fish per acre Hudson is right up there with many lakes but so is Ovid. Ovid and Hudson are both good casting and trolling lakes and both have their "special" times of the year when the going can be pretty easy. Thorn is one of the lowest density waters that has had consistent stocking and isn't a numbers lake at all. Sure you'll hit the odd days at Thorn when you'll catch a bunch but it is real muskie fishing and not at all like some of the "un-natural" stocked lakes.
