Yes and yes. They are virtually identical in that size to the naked eye. Some differences:
– Believer offers a couple other sizes 10" and 6", Swim Whizz only comes in one size.
– The straight Swim Whizz is a better casting/twitch bait compared to the Beleiver. A friend of mine got his personal best (upper 40") casting a Swim Whizz, while fishing in my boat.

This mid-50" was also caught in my boat on a trolled Swim Whizz…
