Ascot hahahahahahaha anything goes from ties to fishing shirts, some guys take the wives and dress up some guys go to drink beer and fart loudly with their buddies, hopefully they don't share a table….

Their will be all ages of people with all types of dress, wear whatever you are comfortable in and it will be fine.

Just a reminder to register early for the banquet and be in the drawing for the Okuma fishing rod.

Also, this is the biggest fund raiser the MMA has all year. So, if you can't make the banquet and still want to help, send in your ticket with the your desired amount (minimum of $25 – single dinner) and we will put your ticket in the drawing for the Okuma rod. Of course if you want to donate more please do so!

If you have any questions send me a PM.

Trevor

[size=150]Don't forget:
All registrations received before February 20, 2008 will be eligible to win an Okuma rod.

Just got some beautiful Red October Tubes from my buds over in Buffalo.

Also picked up a custom painted Jake and DDD from the Talonz world headquarters last night – sweet paintjob!

You don't want to miss this if at all possible!

Don't forget someone is going to take home an Okuma rod just for getting their tickets returned by 2/20!!!

I just wanted to pass along my recommendation of Steve Kunnath. He is a great guide and I chartered him twice last year. Anyone winning a trip with him will be very happy and will learn a lot from him.

I went to a talk Steve gave in Monroe last weekend. He seems like a great guy; very friendly and approachable, and seems to know a lot about casting for 'ski in LSC, and I'm planning on booking a trip with him this year, too.

Here are some of Brad Bad Shads that will at the banquet. 4 seven inch shads and 4 five inch. Any interest in the jointed ones?

I took the white belly perch to the river and it has a nice tight action. some quick short (cold) casts and thats all I needed to see.

A few years ago I went on a fishing trip with a guy named "Musky Bob". Is he still around.

Do others offer guided casting trips for Musky

He is still around, I think he's about 200 years old Cool . Both the guides we'll have at the banquet, Bob Devine and Steve Kunnath both cast LSC (Bob actually casts and trolls).

Yeah; I met Musky Bob at the Novi show last month. He's still around, but he said he doesn't have a Captain's license anymore. Steve Kunath told us (at the Monroe show) he and Bob still get out together…

And apparently he still gives muskie fishing school lessons with Steve, too:
