If anyone has any of the first generation medussa's and would like to sell some id be willing to purchase them.

Ive about had it with the newer generation ones. They still catch fish, but IMO they don't have near the action at ALL, and tend to get hung up so much more and have becoming quite annoying to me.

So if anyone has some originals with the soft plastic let me know. Id be willing to purchase or possibly trade.

If you heat them it should soften the up. Try putting them in HOT water.

Depends on how hot the water is, you'll have to experiment. I don't have specifics for you, when I've done it I put them in and let it get hot maybe a minute then let it cool and check it. If I think it's too stiff still I'll do it again.

Any luck with the softening? Some of the new batches are extremely stiff so could be an uphill battle. Those things kill my golfin elbow so I'd be willing to part with some older ones – PM me if you're interested.

D and R sportscenter still has some left. I picked up a few last night. They are still the old ones from a batch they've had since they came out a few years back. After I bought them they had 7 left. 3 walleye color, 2 shiner color, and 2 that were a red metallic looking color they no longer offer. I bought a walleye and shiner and modified them with my sharpies. I have a walleye colored one right now that I recently modified to make look more like an actual walleye and it's now in pieces from getting eaten so many times the last 3 weeks.
