This invitation is for MMA members in the Grand Rapids area who were unable to attend the MMA meeting in Lansing August 7.

On September 4, I have invited the VandeKopple family to attend the meeting of Lunker Hunters Spoonpluggers. Jason will be leading a discussion on Murray Lake. Location and presentation will be his main topics. This family has been quite successful on Murray, as documented by their frequent postings/pictures on MMA. I personally haven't been able to meet too many members, and think this would be a great opportunity to see in person those whose reports I've read.

The meeting begins at 7pm. We meet in the activities building at Leisure Village Mobile Home park. Directions: go east on Cannonsburg Rd from the Northland Dr/W. River Dr intersection, which is on the north side of the Grand River bridge. Chauncey Ave is 1.6 miles east of the bridge. Turn left (north) and go 1000' to the Leisure Village entrance. Turn left into the drive. The activities building is straight ahead. We meet in the room to the right when you come in the front door.
