Just ordered a st croix legend tournament 8'6 xh rod and I was thinking about matching it up with the Abu NaCl 6000 series. Any body using this reel and if so what's your opinion good and bad.

I have one and had some issues with it however it has a really smooth and good feel to it. I really like the grips but for $100 less you can get the lexa 300 I just got one this year and like it so far. I had a internal part come loose in the Abu they took care of it. I don't know of anyone else having that issue with the revos and its been fine since.

Hopefully they are not really much different than the first generation Toros- which are like awesome. Sure do look sweet

I have 3 Revo's, 1 hs60 NaCl. Nice HD reels and excellent customer service.

I have one and love it so far. Have it on my Big Dawg rod and have been throwing pounders on it all summer with no problems.

Well it finally showed up so i took the hour long boat ride down to skeg to test it out. Im very impressed with the smoothness. Spooled up with 80lb powerpro and it casted my small bucks all the way up to dawgs flawlessly. I think ill get another. I would recommend it to everyone.
