Unfortunately it has been a lot harder for the MSU squad to reload following National Championship success. Although Mason was able to stay one step behind, admittedly MSU will never really be able to keep pace with UM hockey thanks to the USA Hockey Developmental Program headquartered in Ann Arbor. Yes I am making excuses and yes it is a vaild one.

Yeah I'm just kidding!… The MSU kids rightfully got the boot. I will say this though, do you really think they did that to Kampfer just because they were frustrated that the team sucks, were getting beat by their rivals again, and he had just laid a clean hard hit? I say no way and guarantee Kampfer is a prick and had been talking shmack. Probably the same reason the UM football player cracked his head into the ground last fall, and probably explains his dad's reaction (tree the apple fell from). I'm NOT saying he deserved it or that the MSU kids were justified, I'm just saying

Agree. Someone ELSE should be correcting that carp. Wonder why they aren't?
