Budd is the spring tournament water for this year. After making the change I was wondering if this tournament should rotate to a different water every year. Something to think about for 2016.

In 2014 there were four outings and three tournaments planned. That's way too many with the limited resources we have to run these events. Fewer outings should mean better attendance and better events.
