Talked with Dan They caught 26 muskies yesterday with 4 ripe Girls..Water Temp 48 degrees.. They will be back Thursday & Saturday. I will be helping both days playing with the big Girls and making sure they swim away safely. They have moved the operation to the beach at Charlton.

They start aroung 8:30 am and are normally wrapping up around 1:00 or so…Stop over and check it out very very cool………….

It is good to be back… I owe it to you and a few other members for helping me thru the trying times… Trevor,Mike,Chris,Charlie,Duke & Pete..Thanks so much I apolgize if i missed anybody!! We where All brought together for a FISH……….WOW!!!

If the schedule is the same as the previous years they would be at Hudson today. They rotate from Hudson to Thorn…

It is great to have you back and one of the gang again. You're one of the founding members and this club can only get better with you a big part of it.

They probably don't need any help but you can offer assistance. To go out with them and actually be a volunteer would require a release and a little training.

You Guys are AWESOME.THANKS TO ALL!!!!!!!!!!
I just got back from the Egg Take it went real well.. I think we had around 30 fish with one big girl pushing 50"……..Many ripe females and little males ready to do there deed. [smilie=2thumbsup.gif] …I seen some really nice Walleyes in the nets… They are also taking a sample of perch for checking for VHS?? It felt really good to be back out on our brood stock lake chasing muskies!!! It's hard to beleive that just 10 days ago Thorn was covered in ice now it is 48 degrees and the spawn is on strong. I seen at least two girls that had already dropped there eggs in the lake……….

Just received a call from DNR they are done at Thorn with the egg take looks like they have the eggs needed and will not be out there Saturday… kid I forgot about our hook up until you made mention…Too funny!!
