Well guys we are heading to Chicago with three new lures in the Lineup. Testing was completed on three prototypes last year. On Georgian Bay Guide and owner of several 40 pounders Johnny Dadson tested the new Rock Crusher for us . This version of the 12 inch Deepthreat features an Areospace grade Titanium diving lip with a cedar and oak plied nose . These features make the lure almost indestructable when it comes to bashing rock structure. The finish is our same Acrylic paint but the top coat is 8 layers of wet sanded and torched envirotex. The new Rock Crusher will retail for $175.00 and will come in every color that we paint. This lure is as tough as a Wishmaster and more tan 100 dollars less money. In fact the lip is tougher than the Aluminum used by many other big bait makers. We will have several in Chicago.
Another new lure we have finally finished is the Claw. 8 inches of great casting action. Hardwood design like our Little Claw. The lure according to Wisconsin Guide Travis Kopke has great roll and flash when pulled and twitched. This lure gets deeper than the original Little Claw and many other attempts I have had in upsizing this lure. It has a slow rise like the Little Claw and does a number of neat tricks when twitched and jerked. We will have 20 of them with us in Chicago.
The third lure is an upscale version of our new Rippin Shad. Wire thru like the Deepthreat but this lure resembles an 8 inch tuff shad . Way different though. We use 1 inch cedar body, complete wire thru and rounded lip design. The lure is 7.75 inches long and should replace the departing 8 inch Tuff Shad. This lure will be available in every color we paint as well. Pictures will posted here prior to the show as I get them off the racks. Mike and Michelle
