Still learning. The brook trout has been the hot bait of the bunch. which is odd since its the worst swimming in the group. I initially planned on trolling these baits but working them as twitch baits has been very productive. They do wander a bit when trolled around 3.5mph but nothing like headlocks. They also wabble on the rise, I don't know if other baits do that , none that I own do. The big girl in the net measured 46" and ate on a long pause at boatside as the bait was wabbling up.

They're only 7.5" . They cast to 6 to 8 ft I think, I've been fishing them over the top of deep weeds in 12 to 15 ft . I haven't really tried to find the running depth, I've been considering buying a fish hawk td to help find the running depths.
Just take them to any lake with long sand flats, it's the fastest way to get running depths.
Baits look great BTW!
