Contact with structure has always been an important part of being successful during coldfronts for me. This might be hitting weeds, wood or bottom (even banging a jig) depending on the situation. I'll also tend to focus less on any open water fish and more on structure. The outside weededge is often as shallow as most fish will go in major coldfront situations.
