You can manipulate this to search/get the info you need. Fish stocked in 2003 and before will be 35" or larger.
I'm sure most/all of the guys here would tell you that there are many things they would do differently when they first started out. A list of those things would probably look something like:
– should have talked to more people about the right rods, reels, line and leaders
– should have got a good net and the right release tools
– should have talked to more people before buying every lure made
