While working muskellunge anglers on Lake St. Clair, CO Kris Kiel encountered an angler trolling with too many lines. When he contacted the angler, CO Kiel immediately recognized the angler whom he had ticketed for taking three illegal deer this past deer season. CO Kiel also recalled that part of the angler's court probation was to not receive any more tickets for natural resource violations. CO Kiel issued the angler a ticket for too many lines.
