Only got to fish for about 3 hours each day. Both rivers had the same water temps at 78 degrees. On 8/14 the temps dropped to 74 degrees.
One musky caught on 8/7 on a black mepps musky killer. It was all of 10".
On 8/8 had a follow from a 40"plus, and caught a 17" on a gold husky jerk. Of course all this action was on my son jacobs fishing rod, and all on the Black! Nothing on 8/14!
