Trolled with Coop on the SS Minnow Friday. Just kidding Coop! Seemd like conditions were right for a half day off work. Hazy to partly cloudy, front coming through friday night, light chop, water temp 62, water color was pretty good… Fished the south end of the lake and ended up 1 for 2 with a 37 in the boat. Once again, LSC and I were not getting along…

Casted the river with Phil on Saturday. Our first and second stop did not produce anything. At about 9:30 we hit our 3rd spot and Phil had a follow from a 40. 10 minutes later I boated a 38.5. 10 minutes after that, I had a mid 40's follow. We worked this same area for about 2 hours but did not see anything else. Tried several other spots, but didn't see anything. The water color pretty much went to crap once the winds started cranking mid to late morning.
