weed growth-starting to come along pretty decent
this was my first trip ever to these lakes.the only way to get to round,is a channel off of mecosta.but we didnt catch a thing.toss everything we had in the arsenal.found some nice areas,but nothing was biting.
i do plan on going back again sometime in the next month or so
i was reading in one of those sportsmans connection map books,it was saying that blue lake had some decent pike in it.but i have no personal experience yet.
i do plan on goin back to these lake through out the summer.
also it looks like the only way to get unto blue lake is another channel off of mecosta.im not sure of that channel,but the other channel to round is between 3-5 ft. deep.i got a 16' alumacraft with a 60hp. through there without a problem
