So I get there at 4pm.Blue bird sky so I wasnt to confident but still nice to visit Thorn.Water vis about 2-3 feet, temps anywhere from 73-77,only 2 other boats out there when I arrived.Ahhh,this is nice.
I was trolling around 5:30-6:00 when I noticed a few more boats out.Then
a few more,then more, WTF!!!!!A bass tournament!??Just my luck!Every
point taken,every weed bed covered,the inlets pepperd with bass boats.
This sucked!!I trolled a little more and bailed before dusk(8PM) because I didnt want to get caught when the 27 bass boats all wanted to come out
at 9.
A guy fishing from a jet-ski saw me tag a small pike and said "hey how big"? I said: only like 20-22 inches.He sais "those are good eatin size".
Here we go again……… 🙄
