Fished 7-11AM.Water 76.Nice and cloudy.Campau looks pretty good/stained.Kettle clear.No rips.Never saw a fish.BUT……about 9AM had a 40+jump all over my manta,cartwheeled out of the water 3 feet and spit on me throwing back the manta 😈 The worse thing couldn`t have happened….on my next cast it didn`t reteive right.Looking at it..the hell fish tore off the hang 10`s plastic tail and metal connecting screw and a good chunk of wood !!!Trashed.Bassturd.Hope he or she is burping up PLASTICKA..!! 😈 Last one.oh well..order in at R &H 🙄 Wish I had a digital camera to show you the bait.
By the way I lost my job yesterday after 13 years of hard work 👿 I will be fishing mornings pretty much exclusive or till dinner tues thru fri.for a couple months…I`m taking a well deserved BREAK.Anybody wants to fish 5am to noon or something.PM me.Give me a couple day lead time as I`m also doing house work.Don`t email me anymore at Virginia tile also.. 👿 👿
