Big fish day. No small fish seen except for one little shaver. Action slow. water temps 70/72 We started at first light casting and after two hours without raising a fish I decided to look Shallower. We started working the south sore in 5 feet when a real nice fish jumped rope with my weagle. Absolutly blew up the water all around the lure and never touched it. That was the last shallow fish we encountered. Decided to troll and started on the edges then moved deep. Michelle connected with a very fat 43 incher trolling a 10 inch Loke in the 9$bass pattern. That was it for 8 hours on the water. One follow, one blow up and a fat 43 in the boat. Mike and Michelle King

So what did you do in all the other non-exciting minutes? Nap? Laugh

Lots of non productive casting. I think the fish were down hugging bottom. We trolled the trough 20 time around for one fish. Mike
