To get into the "circle of trust" being "blood" is a good start. Second to that would be knowing your fishing partner for 30+ years.

Relax everyone. After this season Will is going into guiding full time and his rates will come down drastically. Trouble is he will be in south Florida guiding for bonefish and tarpon. 8)
