Water temps 72-73, weeds looked good, healthier than last time (back in mid August), usual clear water. Weather was favorable and had some action, first mistake with fish handling in a while and got a good gash, you all know how much the toothy ones will make you bleed. Got a souvenir tooth embedded in my knuckle from her for my trouble (first time this has ever happened to me with many years of Esocids though mostly pike). I imagine this doesn't sound good for the fish but she was in the water the whole time and release was fast, just sloppy. Saw one other guy musky fishing and made a tactful pitch to join MMA.
