Started the year on Campau and ended up staying on the lake for the day because the pressure was surprisingly light. They were smarter than us apparently though because we only raised 3 fish. a 33" ate a grandma on a figure 24 (3 full eights before he connected), an upper 30's missed the target at boatside, and lost a fish while trolling the kettle. He held on to the Super Shad Rap for several seconds before the long distance water release, sight unseen.
