Hit the local pond for the first time in over 2 months… wow that is embarassing! And picked a pretty lame day to reaquaint ourselves- light & variable winds and blue & invariable skies and hot, so gave up early afternoon. Water was fairly dispicable with a brownish stain and about 2' visibility, with good weeds in many places. Lots of nice coontail coming in all over the lake, and a little bit of scattered healthy milfoil still.
