Weather was cold and rainy in the AM for a run through Cabelas, saw three muskies as well as a bunch of other fish, water was real clear there. Hit the Big House about 2:30 pm and trolled around a bit, only contacted some overpriced water and hot dogs. Action started at 3:30 but really didn't pick up until about 5:00 when the offense showed up and started to play. Sat behind and just off to the side of the North goal post, got to watch the hole open for the 85 yard TD run, pretty cool. Conditions in the stands were a bit tight 109,439 in attendance but at least the rain quit right when the game started, first time there so was pretty cool although not real hip to the stand situation. Cheerleaders were on fire though…. row 22 provided a pretty good view.

When I was there last year,I was suprised to see the muskies move off
whenever a fish(even if much smaller) came close to them.It was like
everything in there could bully the muskies around a little.
I think they are light colored due to the lighting conditions,or lack of
sunlight.–my opinion.
Pretty cool though.
Not a chance!

Kid,
My experience is this: muskies are very antisocial. You can see it out on the lakes, and you can really see it in a fish tank. Other fish I've had in my tanks can be very social – be it in a territorial way or even begging me for food! Muskies just want to be left alone. They don't want anything touching them, looking at them, light shining on them, etc. I don't think they're cognitive of much of anything, so when their instincts aren't telling them to feed or reproduce, their instincts are telling them to go sit in the darkest, loneliest spot they can find much of the time.
