Fished LSC on Sat., sorry for the late post. Water temps in the mid 60s. Had a fat 45"+ hit at the boat on a new bucktail I made (kind of like of the Double Cowgirl). One head shake and it was off. Had a much smaller fish hit twice in the figure eight, but didn't get that one either. Two more follows on the same bait. The bluebird skies came out and the wind died down and the fish shut down. Had a couple other follows and caught a dink pike and that was it. Disappointing that we didn't get the 1st fish in the boat, but the knee shaking and heart pounding made for a fun day. Can't wait to get back out there.
