A year ago while trolling upper crooked lake for pike, I got a bad snag. I managed to get my lure back, but with it came a rope with a 15 lb anchor on the end. After looking over the rope I could see that someone threw this anchor overboard with never tying it to their boat first. You know there is more then enough snags to run into, we do'nt need anchors out there too!!!!!!!

I caught two or three in '04, and one of them was from Ovid. I thought I had quite a fish on my line (while trolling) as the anchor dragged and bounced off the bottom a few times! Funny thing is, all the anchors I caught came with in a week or two of each other.

I've caught electrical cable in there too.
