Clarity 8 – 10 feet, murky for this lake.
Weeds – not much growth yet that I could see, some young pondweed came back occasionally on baits.

Fished 8 to 4. Windy. Chunky 41.5" ate a sucker at ~2:30. Casting half a dozen baits, firetiger Burt had 2 missed hookups and a follow (could have been pike) so that bait was in the water about half the day. Seem to be quite a few pike around, saw 5 in a boat live well at the launch.
