Fished for 7 hours till the wind turned unbearable
Weeds were still very brown on the Chanel edges but were showing some signs of new growth.
Moved roughly 25 fish and prob more just couldn't see well with the wind and water conditions. Couldn't get a look on anything other than bucktails moving at what I would consider a moderate pace. Size didn't seem to matter but the one fish that I put in the bag came on a banquet bucktail made by member Joel VandeKopple which was pretty cool because I caught it on the very first cast of its life. Single fluted copper blade and perch skirt.
