Super clear water

Trolled for four hours in the afternoon during the snow storm. Tons and tons of bait in the 18-22ft range staying in the lower 5' of the water column. Checked everywhere else as well and didn't even catch a pike. It' a good thing gps electronics are around to keep you from getting disoriented when you only have 100 yards of visibility.
