66-67 water temps

Made it up to the opener. We have never fished lsc before and hammered some trolling action. I know anchor bay is where most start in spring but we started down at the dumping ground on the south end. We had the whole area to ourselves and had solid action most the day. We landed two fish and a nice northern. We had a lot of short strikes that we missed and had 3 hook ups we lost. We also fished the river around the islands. Had a few follows and missed opportunitys.
