Not much going on at Diane covered all bases of Muskie fishing had a fish grab a big game and nothing to show. Then had a short rip on a .22 short trolling felt good but somehow managed to not get hooked. How does a Muskie hit a 4" crank and not get hooked?? This was all in the first hour of fishing. Shad was all in the shallows hitting the surface. Focused on those areas hard and that's where I had strikes.
