Sounds like many of you guys want more reports, even if they are skunkings, so heres one from the weekend. I decided to try and beat the heat and did a little night fishing Friday night on Thorn. Fished from 11PM till about 5AM. Threw bucktails and top waters. Really thought it would be a good night with the full moon out but I didn't have any action.

Water temps started at 78 and dropped down to 76.

Looks like we got some cool nights coming up this week dropping into the upper 50s for the low so hopefully it will bring the day time temps down a bit.

Your asking my question, will these night time temps pull the water temps down?

Forecast says highs in upper 70s with a max high of 80-81 on weds/thurs with overnight lows down to 55 this week so I would guess that should push daytime water temps down into the mid-upper 70s by the weekend.
