Water temp 44
Decided to take a break from watching muskie videos in the tree stand, and go actually chase some slime. Fish all day throwing pounders and medussas. We got 6 bites, but only managed two in the bag. Both of those fish, (low 40"), came on walleye medussas. All activity was in short, yet intense windows where we'd move multiple fish.
It was quite the day with the dense fog socking us in. We fished from 9:00 until 1:00 without seeing more than 80 yards. At 1:00, the fog started to break, and we found ourselves in a group of 10 boats, combat fishing…….. pretty weird. Thank goodness for GPS and friends that share info!
