Weeds: A lot of the junk/thin crap up shallow with the usual coontail and milfoil out deeper. A lot of weeds floating on the surface probably due to the boat traffic.

Nice night to be on the lake with not many pleasure boaters out but loads of pontoons. Been a couple times out here without moving a fish so decided to try some different spots before hitting my go-to areas. Didn't do anything at the 'old' spots but got a good fish right at sunset at my favorite spot on the lake. Threw dawgs, medussas, and topwater at times.
