Put up a few tip-ups out there today, but nothing to show for it. There was a lot of slush on the lake, but still 4" of ice. Parked by the swimming/camp area on the North side of the lake and put minnows in the 6-8' weed flat out there. Had 3 flags, but all were triggered just from the minnow.
On a side note, there were a good amount of muskie pictures on the camp cabin, even some old tiger pics. Unfortunately they were all dead fish and a lot of them were undersized.

Hmmm. Perhaps we need a KTD sign at the campground?

No, they should be ok, really. It says to refer to the DNR fishing regs for special seasons and restrictions. It only says that the size limit is 42".
