Water temp 43-44, clarity good and weeds normal for Nov. Fished most of the day, finally netted one late in the day and had other chances. Pretty almost tiger-like looking fish, and got to remove a small hook and line from its scissors area where it bit off someone not long ago based on how new the hook was. Pike got hyper a couple times and boated 5 with others missed, 2 decent ones in the mix. Thought it may be warmer and sunnier than it was but still a good day for this time of year.
Trolled early since it was still in the upper 20s out and hit a hard object by the beach, about 9 foot of water. Thought I'd mention that since it bent my prop a bit but fixed it easily enough tonight. I'd never hit anything other than some limbs at slow speeds on this lake in the far west end and river. The clunk felt and sounded very solid like concrete but didn't take the time to look what it might be, possibly something that anchors the swim bouys, who knows but be careful around there.
