Campau: Temp: 44

Decided to sleep in after the night we had after the banquet. Got to the lake around 12:00p.m. and fished until 3:00p.m. It was our first time on the lake and I wasn't really feeling it, after not seeing any fish and no real plan on how to catch fish I made the call to head to Murray for the last few hours.

Murray: Temp: 40 Green Healthy weeds.

Wish we would have went straight to Murray, the lake calmed right down to glass by the end of the night and it was 70 degrees. I raised a fish in the first 30 mins of fishing that came into the 8 and peeled off on the second turn. Was really hoping she'd go for the sucker but never got the rip.

5 mins after talking to Charlie I had another fish come in hot, she had a white sore on her nose, looked like a recently hooked fish. She made the turn but didn't commit.

Both fish came out of the inside turn of weed structure, both on a bulldawg. Fished until dark without anymore action. Suckers never got any action on either lake. Oh well.
